Your time and generosity can make a real difference this season.\nHow You Can Help\nVolunteer Opportunities\nGift Wrapping & Store Support\n📅 Date: December 9th\n🕐 Time: 2:00 PM\n📍 Location: SAMMinistries\nWe need enthusiastic volunteers to:\n\nWrap gifts for families\nHelp organize and work the stores\nSupport SAMMinistries staff with holiday operations\nCreate a welcoming environment for families\n\nDonation Needs\nWe’re collecting items for SAMMinistries’ various stores to help families celebrate the holidays. Here’s what they need:\n👕 Clothing Store\n\nClothes with tags or look brand new\nAll sizes welcome\n\n🧣 Accessory Store\n\nHats, scarves, gloves\nSocks, headbands, etc.\n\n💄 Beauty Store\n\nLotions, sprays, perfumes, make up, soaps\nClippers, blow dryers, curlers, etc.\n\n📝 Stationary Store\n\nJournals, notepads, pens\nSticky pads, books, etc.\n\n🎲 Game Store\n\nDeck of cards, board games\nPick up sticks, sudoku, crossword puzzles, etc.\n\n💍 Jewelry Store\n\nEarrings, bracelets, necklaces\nPendants, rings, etc.\n\n🎄 Holiday Store\n\nChristmas ornaments\nHoliday decorations, holiday shirts, hats, etc.\n\n🏠 House Store\n\nPicture frames, signs with fun sayings\nCandy dishes, wax holders, waxes, etc.\nNote: They are currently living in limited space, so nothing too big\n\n🎅 Holiday Store (General)\n\nAnything for the holidays\nOrnaments, little trees, holiday themed clothing, etc.\n\n👔 Men’s Store\n\nAnything with tags for men\nClothes, shoes, socks, hats, cologne, lotions, etc.\n\nImportant Deadlines\nDonation Deadline: Friday, December 5th\nAll donations must be received by this date to be processed for the holiday season.\nHow to Participate\nTo Volunteer on December 9th:\n📧 Email: jen@meltdownmediasa.com ( mailto:jen@meltdownmediasa.com )\n📞 Call: BASA Office at 210.549.7190\nTo Donate Items:\nContact us to arrange drop-off or pick-up of your donations.
