Dave’s Hot Chicken is getting ready to roost in San Antonio. Franchisees John Hotchkiss, Jason Hotchkiss, and Paul Gorman recently signed an agreement with Dave’s Hot Chicken to open eight locations in the San Antonio market. The Hotchkiss brothers are veteran Texas franchisees for Little Caesars and Firehouse Subs. Gorman is an IT and software professional.
